Ascension is the shift in consciousness getting away from polarity more towards unity, moving away from fear to a more love based existence.

3D or 5D are not physical places, but states of consciousness. So nobody is physically moving or disappearing.

We are destined to experience the ghar wapasi , the return to Source ~ our higher self ~ that is inevitable for all of us

This is what ascension is essentially about.

As the body naturally ascends it will want less dense foods depending on if it's the right time for that person. Listen to the body first because only it truly knows what it needs and the timing in which it needs it. As the energies go up and up people will be dropping all kinds of things, but let them do it on their own time.

Spiritual people forget that they are not living in someone else's body. So how could they understand their blood type, Akashic diet, and the diet they have eaten every lifetime that is playing out again in this incarnation, their DNA, their vibration level and medical and nutritional needs including their deficiencies. Assuming that everyone can suddenly go vegan or vegetarian overnight , does it sound doable ?

They will do in time as more DNA upgrades come. So give it and give them time.

When the time comes, people will have a choice to make. Some of your friends and family will choose to ascend and to match the new vibrations of earth. Then you will have to help them with your hard earned experience.

Many of the people who aren’t ascending now, will need help ascending later as per their free will.

At this moment , you worry about whether or not your friends and family will be separated from you.

This isn’t necessarily the case though.

When the time comes, people will have a choice to make.

Matrix is a set of rules.Earth has been in 3rd Dimension and humankind consciousness is also in 3D. The 3D matrix is a matrix based on duality i .e. right /wrong good/bad etc. This gave rise to the existence of karma which is like a memory bank and all life is attached to it. Unfortunately due to the manipulation made on this matrix by the dark forces one result was that humans lost their ability to live as eternal beings.Because of manipulation our eternal souls were trapped in these human bodies like space suits for temporary periods. Now when these space suits would degenerate death would happen and the soul would return through birth in a new suit. But although eternal the process of death and birth would cause for the soul to lose all the earlier memory. This made humankind forget that it was actually eternal.

So in this 3D matrix the rules have more power but the soul has no power and no memory of creator consciousness . So events in life happen without our power over our lives and we suffer because of that.
