Essence of Love and Harmony

When love is felt only as an emotion in the mind, it remains limited. But when love is experienced in the heart and the entire being, it becomes something far deeper — almost like an awakening of life itself within the body.

In such moments, the body does not feel mechanical or routine. Every cell seems to vibrate with aliveness. There is a subtle throbbing, as if life energy is flowing freely through the body again. Breathing feels fuller, the chest feels open, and there is a sense that the body is no longer just a structure of flesh and bones but a living field of energy responding to love. This love is not directed at someone or something in particular.

It simply exists as a state of being. In that state, the mind naturally becomes quiet because there is nothing to seek, defend, or control. Thoughts slow down, and what remains is a deep inner stillness filled with warmth. From this stillness, gratitude begins to arise effortlessly. Not gratitude for specific events alone, but a profound thankfulness for existence itself — for breath, for life, for the simple miracle of being alive. Even ordinary things appear luminous and meaningful. At the same time, the sense of separation begins to soften. The boundaries that normally divide “me” from “others” start to dissolve gently. What emerges is a feeling of oneness, where everything appears interconnected and part of the same living presence. In this space, compassion flows naturally, because the other no longer feels completely separate from oneself.

When love reaches this depth, it is no longer just an emotion passing through the heart. It becomes a frequency that the whole being resonates with. The body feels lighter, the nervous system relaxes, and the mind becomes clear. There is no urge to possess or demand; instead there is a quiet radiance that simply shares itself with the world. To live even briefly in such a state is to remember something very fundamental — that our natural essence is not conflict or fear, but love and harmony. And when this love is felt deeply enough, the body, the mind, and the spirit begin to align in a single rhythm of peace. It becomes a space where love, gratitude, and oneness are not separate experiences but one continuous living presence flowing through every breath and every cell. ✨❤️ This very experience was experienced by most of us during the retreats. No words can express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Praveenji and Izumiji, thank you for coming into our lives, gratitude for your teachings and for making us realise who I am, celestial divine being💕 ❤️🤍🫶🥰😇
