What Is the Great Awakening?
(Simple Explanation) The Great Awakening is the process of becoming aware of: your thoughts , your beliefs - the deeper nature of reality
It is often described as a shift from 3D consciousness → Fear, ego, survival to 5D consciousness → Awareness, peace, unity
In simple words, it is waking up from unconscious living.
Signs of Spiritual Awakening -
If you are going through awakening, you may notice these signs:
Increased interest in meditation and spirituality
Questioning old beliefs and systems
Feeling disconnected from toxic environments
Seeking deeper meaning in life
Enjoying solitude and silence
These are not problems — they are signs of growth.
Importance of Meditation in Awakening -
Meditation plays a key role in the awakening process. Through meditation, I personally experienced better clarity of thoughts , emotional balance and Inner peace . It helps you to observe your mind instead of reacting to it.
Challenges During Awakening -
The awakening journey is not always easy. Many people face loneliness or isolation , misunderstanding from family and friends , overwhelming or confusion
From my experience, it is important to stay grounded and not get carried away by extreme ideas.
Reality Check -
Is Everything an Illusion?
Some people believe -
The world is fake . Others are “NPCs” Only a few are “awakened” But I believe this thinking can become dangerous if not balanced.
Awakening should bring-
Clarity , Compassion and Responsibility , Not superiority or disconnection.

Here are some practical tips I follow -
Stay connected with family and reality .
Avoid extreme or blind beliefs .
Practice meditation regularly
Think logically along with spiritually
Respect different perspectives Balance is the key to real growth.
