Praveen ji always quotes Anandmayi maa, "You, I and space between us everything is me."
What does that mean? Does that mean that everything you see around you is you. whether you characterize it as good or not so good. Whether it is beautiful flower or thorny bush, your beloved person or not so beloved boss or neighbor; everyone and everything is you.
But now the question arises if everything is you then why would you quarrel yourself, hurt yourself or want to deprive yourself?
The answer is deep rooted sense of separation.
But separation from whom?
The answer is separation from the self. The very essence our truth is that we all are one. Izumi ji always says that you are my extension and I am your extension. In the recent podcast Praveen ji gave example of good cells and cancer cells in one body. Cells are separate but still the body is one. Similarly we all are one.
From this oneness sprouts a sense of love and connection. With this sense of oneness can we ask a mosquito not to bite or the rain to stop for a while. Let's explore this wonderful connection with the self and the source.
